Check out Tim Ferriss (4-Hour Work Week author) & Kevin Rose (CEO of digg.com) chat about how each came up product/service/company names. I found Tim’s method pretty interesting!

I often use long running Google ads as a source of inspiration for creating banners for media buys. The idea here is if a Google ad is running for weeks, then the ad must be making money for the advertiser so why not leverage the headline and ad copy? This idea won’t apply though if the advertiser is building brand (e.g. Pepsi, Walmart, etc).
